M/s Madhukar K Koli was formed in 1980  by Mr. Mahukar K Koli. The Company undertook works with private and Government department for Survey of marine areas in and around Mumbai harbor . Along with the survey work underwater survey jobs was also undertaken. Small FRP boat manufacturing was also done during that period. Providing services to Yachts and speed boats was started by him.

M/s Madhu K Koli and Sons was formed in the year 2000. Madhukar K Koli’s sons Dilip M Koli, Sanjay M Koli and Vinayak M Koli incorporated the new company based on the values and training of the company starter by their father. The complete family including their daughters and sons is involved with the day to day operation and future improvement of the company

The company started services like dry docking of boats, water supply, manufacture of fishing boat and dinghies. Laying and lifting of moorings for the RBYC was also undertaken. Light house painting, Pollution control contract was under taken from 2000.

The core focus of the company is deep sea fishing, sea food supply, manufacturing of fishing boats made with modern technology up to 65 feet. The company caters to services required by yacht owners for maintenance and operations of the yachts and speed boats all over India.

The company undertakes professional services for Ganpati immersion which is under taken with safety. Swimming completion /events are managed professionally for short or long distances in the Mumbai. The three brothers are professionally trained for boat salvage operation and underwater works.
